The Volcano Lair is currently the highest priced premium building. At 200 donuts, the player will unlock Hank Scorpio who has a 50% bonus payout for all of his jobs. The Volcano Lair earns $500 and 50XP every 24 hours. Gil has only introduced one deal so far on the Volcano Lair called the "A Sign and Doom" offer which gave the player the Volcano Lair and the Springfield Sign for 250 donuts. This deal was available from January 11, 2013 until January 14, 2013. The Volcano Lair can be won in the Homer Buddha, but the chances of winning it are low.
About[]
The Volcano Lair is located in Cypress Creek, and is part of the Globex Co-operation founded by Hank Scorpio. Homer Simpson breifly worked at the Globex Co-operation but then decided to move back to Springfield. The Volcano Lair is one of the most unpopular premium buildings. This is probably due to the high donut price and the fact that the Volcano Lair isn't even located in Springfield in the show. The Volcano Lair has one of the most complex building animations in the game.
