Louie is the third main member of the Springfield Mafia, along with Fat Tony and Legs. He is unlocked upon building Fat Tony's Compound, along with Legs. He has 6 jobs in total and is a non premium character.

Louie is a member of the Springfield Mafia. He accompanies Fat Tony and Legs. He has curly black hair. Louie is the muscle, as well as Legs. Fat Tony is his boss and he always listens to him, doing whatever told. He isn't afraid to kill or wound anyone who gets in his way. Louie's appearance and mannerisms are strongly evocative of character actor Frank Sivero, who has played gangster roles in films such as Godfellas and The Godfather Part II. Also, according to Dan Castellaneta, he modeled his voice after Italian American actor, Joe Pesci, who also had a role in Goodfellas.
